from website: We are a solar powered (off-grid) CSA farm of forty acres, but cultivate less than one acre. By using French intensive methods in unheated hoophouses that shelter our crops from the extremes, and planting crops that can tolerate the seasonal temperatures, we can deliver fresh, local veggies (primarily leafy greens) and herbs to our subscribers' homes or workplaces all year.
