"In high school, I spent a lot of time researching the climate crisis after watching a documentary on factory farming. My passion for the environment only grew from there and I continued learning more about topics like sustainability, climate change, and conservation efforts. I completed my degree in Media Production, Management, and Technology from the University of Florida. College showed me that graphic design and digital marketing is what truly inspires me. I get excited about learning new skills and finding more ways to grow as a social media marketer. I am grateful to be a part of the GoGreenLocally team because I can combine my love for design with my passion for the environment to help educate and bring awareness to environmental issues."

"The natural world has intrigued me ever since I can remember. I recall reading any and all books on animals and the earth I could, and watching tons of travel and nature documentaries quite fondly. My interest grew in high school, where biology was one of my favorite subjects. I've since gone on to earn a Bachelor's in Biology and Philosophy, as well as a Masters in Sustainability Science, and intern and work with great environmental and sustainable organizations, including gogreenlocally.org. I believe the function and potential offered by this platform is great and important for the accessibility of information in our communities all over the nation, especially as awareness grows. Being able to help compile and curate data to make this possible has been a great opportunity for me and has helped me learn and utilize new skills that I will use going forward."

"My interest in the environment started in high school. I couldn't get the image of wildlife trafficking out my mind. Once in college, I began to learn more about environmental issues facing human populations such as pollution, deforestation, and climate change. Knowledge of environmental issues can become overwhelming due how large the issue spans to every corner of the world. A few years later I gained an increased perspective taking on various positions such as being a Veterinarian Technician, Zoological Aid, Park Ranger, and Research Assistant. After witnessing the connection between people and wildlife in person, I was able to find my own perspective on today's environmental issues. Now, I believe in educating people to the best of my ability. Our human population is not changing any time soon, so our best course of action is to practice sustainability, preservation, and conservation. This is why I decided to join the GoGreenLocally team to help people find even small ways to live more eco-friendly in there own communities."

"During my first year of college, I realized how ignorant I was about the climate crisis. I had always cherished nature and cared about the state of our planet, but I was unaware of the intensity of the issue. I started learning about how the environment interacts with social and political issues and found more reasons every day to fight for the Green Movement. During my third quarter at school I decided to become an environmental studies major. This was the best choice I have ever made. I love learning about the Green Movement and I'm thrilled to be working with this incredible organization. It is so important to make sure people know what resources they have to make a difference. I think that more people would fight for the environment if they knew about the ways to compost, garden, recycle, etc., in their area. GoGreenLocally educates people about these topics and helps them access these resources. "

"Growing up, I developed a profound appreciation for the planet's natural wonders and the delicate balance that sustains life on Earth. Watching the "Planet Earth" documentary series was a profound turning point in my perspective on nature and our role in it. It was impossible not to see how much harm humans have caused to our natural world, from deforestation to pollution and climate change. But I believe in the power of collective action and education to create a sustainable future for all! Being a marketing enthusiast by profession and a lover of nature and arts by passion, volunteering at GOGREENLOCALLY ORG has allowed me to seamlessly blend my skills and passions to promote eco-conscious initiatives that resonate with my heart and expertise."
